I complaint LG to about my exciting 17inch lcd monitor, its under warranty & customer complaint id is C09C1503488, there person visited on 15 dec & he reply problem with a screen and he told he can get it & fix it with in a week because that part are not available so they are order from dehli, but till i didn`t get any response from there side, everyday i suppose to call thEm & they said parts are not available & they are not going replace my monitor also.so what can i do now, so please suggest me to do something so they can knows there service after sales. this is my worst experiense to LG
