Poor service & bad product/ repairing

I have a 17" colour Flatron (E700SH) computer monitor which has been stop working with no display from first week of July. so I called up and register my complain to service call center. Then a serviceman came and he said two parts are required and he will come next day but didn't. I asked him about warranty on spear parts and he said that there is 3 months of warranty on "spear parts ". After that I had register my complain again and again for 3 times, the serviceman called me and says to come but he didn't. After that I collect the phone no of Barasat/Barrackpur service station and called up for help, then on 28th of July he came and replaced two parts and monitor seems to be working and he said that " work is done, your monitor is ready" but I have discovered that there was still some problem with display. Then he said that he have to take that monitor circuit board to service station and after 2 days he will bring it back but it took 7 days. On 5th of August he came and I had to pay a amount of Rs. 718. But the problem is still there as it was and he said that it’s only because my monitor’s parts are now out of manufacturing, so why it’s took 7 days to revealed? Beside that he said warranty is only on service not on spear parts, he denied and it just my hearing problem. But I have came to LG only for genuine parts and this makes me so disappointed.

The story of my misery is not going to end here. On the next day of final repairing (6th of August) my monitor had a new problem. The problem is that when I boot my computer my monitor goes black & white and the problem lasts for at least one hour then its turns into color. I again register my complain to service call center. Then that serviceman phone me at 5.45 on next day and told me that he not used to work after 6 p.m. so he will come next day. But the next day was Sunday, after I mentioned that he said that he will come on Sunday. But the days gone and my monitor’s problems are increasing but there is no one to recover. I now come to belief that LG is going to loose it’s goodwill day by day in this competitive market for only it’s kind of dumb and ridiculously irresponsible staffs.

I want to draw attention of higher authority of LG customer care to solve my problem and take necessary steps towards true “CUSTOMER CARE ”.
