LG TFT monitor not working since 29th Oct. i had launched a complaint with lg complaint no - C10A2924555 on 29th Oct. LG Reps attended on 02 Nov 10, But they couldn't rectify the problem and told that they are awaiting for spares. Again LG Reps attended on 12 Nov 10 with spare part (power package)...
they had replaced the defective part with the spare part...
when they had given power supply the spare part had also burnt.
LG Reps again told that we ll come with a new part and left my place..
Consecutively this is the third time i am facing problem with this monitor during the warranty period.
i request to put some pressure on LG company to replace my monitor.
(the monitor which i m using was the flop model in the market - this matter is also known to the LG Company).
i request you to look into this matter for resolving soon
