On Friday 13th July. I have purchase two pair of shoes of same model, same colour but different sizes (size 6 & size 7).for me & for my nephew from Liberty exclusive showroom at Deendayal Mall at Gwalior. but by cheating he has packed both the pairs of same size that is size 7. When we found that both the pairs are of same size we went to store again after 5-6 days but the bill was lost somewhere at home. The store manager straight forward refuse to change the shoe pair & said that without bill i cannot do anything. I told him to check it with your computer it was bill of 2598/- dated 13/07 in evening time of 6.30 to 7.00 pm but the store manager said that we do not have any records here and we cannot do anything for you. then i said that what will i do with this shoes... I do not need the same size again so keep it with you... he said that keep it here but it will not be changed in any case... I put the shoes at the stores & came back. Now tell me any to get the duplicate bill from anywhere so that i can change my pair of shoes.
