I recently Purchased MTS MBLAZE data card with unlimited plan, it promises a speed of 3.1Mbps for the first 8gb and later a speed of 128kbps (as a fair usage Policy) the company when it says upto what is the min speed one would expect as a end user is half the speed or atleast 1/4 of the promised speed, but to our surprise it gives a whoping 20- 100kbps speed.
