Keyboard - Exchange/Return

I bought a key board from Mercy Electronics on February. Second day noticed that one of key was not working properly (Enter/Return Key), Third day visited Mercy electronics, Adyar to exchange or to return the key board and then to buy another company one. I had the bill and original box etc..

The shop salesperson blindly refused to exchange the keyboard or take it back. I got shocked because Mercy is a reputed company in this area but not CUSTOMER friendly.

Now I stoped going to their shop and never go again..
