I purchase a iball deskset (keyboard mouse) on 13.08.2009.the mouse was bad from the date of purchasing . i cant use it atall. my address is too far from the purchesing shop (chadnichok, kolkata, wb) and from from the iball service centre (chadnichok, kolkata, wb) also. after 6 month the keyboard was damaged. (some keys stick with the board by pressing) then i go to iball service centre with the keyboard and mouse. they changed those on 03.06.2010 .after exchanging, mouse running well, keyboard is too bad from that day ..in new keyboard most of key does dual function simultaneously.i installed the keyboard driver of previous keyboard (since they did not give me the installation CD of new one). i did not did not find any driver for this keyboard on iball.com also.
the first product was 'opti elite' model, second is 'sparkle mm deskset' which i did not found on their web though there is a option for opti elite model on web..
the deskset price is 650/- and my up and down travel fair for one time is
48/-
now what can i do? they did not give home service .email. --
