Low downloading speed

Respected sir,

i use micromax 200g usb modem.the downloading speed is very slow.it has only 1000b/s or the maximum speed is just 3kb/s.my usb sim number is 9790521249.my mail id is [email protected] say some ways to make it faster. my airtel mobile has full tower.
