Dear Sir,
This refers to our data card connectivity problem since two months, I had have contactd several times to Airtel for slow speed after a month i got instruction from them to contact Micro MAx for this problem. Besides i had purchased this data card from Airtel then why should i contact to MicroMax. Being a service personnel i can't visit to Airtel and Micro Max every time.
So i would like to request you? (Airtel) please solve my problem at your end why should i contac to Micro Max (Third party). I paid to you not to Micro Max so you should solve my problem at your end or refund my money.
