you may even see that company website is also not opening.
while attending the interview they take more than 5 rounds.
even fresher joined in that company may take u the interview.
if you got selected in that 5 rounds, they ask u to submit the original certificate and also ask u two years bond.
they even brain wash like fresher are over and it is good software (ruby on rails). this is last vacancies like that.
they tell the salary package of 7000 for 6 months and 10, 000 after sixmonth.
this company is located in ambatur (patravakam).
from the area of the company itself we may know how the company is.
when u joined in that company after a month they ask u to work in the night shift.
In night shift there is no one except u in the company.
and they dont even build the career. they ask to study new SOFTWARE like chicago software, nitrogen software project on erlang, and erlang.
this software all are open source . if you work in that software for 2 years . you may never jump to another company in future.
and in the salary they take pf of rs.1600
if you go after 2 years out of company dont provide u the pf also.
while i am working every one got out of the company.
all of them are fresher who working there except 2 of them.
