Not working lcd monito

I purchase lcd monitor 15" but after two month monitor not working,

I call to moser bear on 11 dec but yet no any engineer visit my site and they are saying to me part is not available. we are ordered part by delhi, but i thing from delhi come part in two to three days but this companies part not come till today date
