I have a MBrowse USB Modem (MTS) activated on june. But, on 10th sept the company has jammed my connection illegally. They show me the cause that I've not responded to their call but, when I verified my registration, I've seen that the consumer name and alternative mobile number which they entered, are totally wrong. Now, the company is refusing to reactivate my connection. If they don't activate the connection, then I have a loss of Rs.1700. What should I do now? Please reply...
