I had bought an MTS Mobile Broadband USB Modem No.8459835734 on 18-5 from an HCL showroom (Tel:01126487455) at G-7, Sidharth Building, 96 Nehru Place. The salesman named Haider charged to me Rs 888 for the Modem & Rs 248 for the monthly plan. The Modem worked for only 10 days. I complained to the Customer care No.9136955955, to the salesman Haider Mob. No.9136404405, to the Area Incharge Mr Atul Mishra Mob. No.9136006235 a number of times & submitted my documents twice but there was no action taken by them. They are cheating the customers openly.
