I BOUGHT ACER COMPANY LAPTOP MODEL 5742 ON 25-12.AFTER 2 MONTHS IT STARTS CREATING PROBLEM LIKE ABRUPT SHUTDOWN …ETC .ON 1ST AUG IT STOPS WORKING COMPLETELY .SO I LODGED A COMPLAINT REGARDING NOT POWERING ON AND SHUTDOWN OF THE SYSTEM IN AGRA SERVICE CENTRE.THEY TOOK SO MANY DAYS THEY CHANGED ITS BOARD 4TIMES REPLACED ALL ITS MAJOR COMPONENTS LIKE BATTERY PROCESSOR FAN…….AND MANY MORE, BUT THE PROBLEM REMAIN UNSOLVE .THE SAME PROBLEM OCCURING AGAIN AND AGAIN AFTER CHANGING ALL THIS PARTS
.I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH YOUR SERVICE I THINK THIS LAPTOP CANT BE WORK ANY MORE ….THIS MODEL IS FAULTY THAT’S WHY ACER COMPANY IS NOT PRODUCING THIS MODEL NUMBER LAPTOP NOW A DAYS.
I WANT ACER COMPANY MUST REPLACE MY LAPTOP WITH ANOTHER ONE YOUR SERVICE CENTRE ENGG… UNABLE TO JUDGE THE FAULT!!! WHAT TYPE OF POOR QUALITY SERVICE YOU HAVE???
