I have purchased acer latop model travelmet5370

from day one onwards it is harrasing/not functioning well,

when i complained the same, the service enginner explained that you have to habituate for the product then you may feel well and explained better way though toll free service.

however i have booked a complaint about screen problem

nearly 20 days gone still i am waiting for spares.
