GETTING OF KODAK CAMERA

I had purchased HP PAVILION LAPTOP DV51104tu on december. After fulfilling certain procedure they were supposed to give a KODAK camera but its been one and half year overI have n't received that yet.if i called to hp redemption cell they said to me that u r kodak camera was dispatched on jan but till now i didnot recieve camera... now if i called to hp redemption cell they r not responding correctly... what should i do???
