Acer aspire 6930
Even in the warrenty period they taking responsibilty

I bought a laptop from chrome, pune (aser aspire 6930) in October for which they promised me one year warranty but now when I am facing a problem in my screen I went to them they said me to go to acer's service center. I went there and they are charging me Rs 12000 to give me the service for my laptop which is in the warranty period.

please help me out to find a solution.
