Acer Aspire One netbook
Keyboard not working

Hello,

This is a complaint regd the Karvenagar Authorised centre for Acer. I had asked them for a new keyboard last week and kept on calling this week for the same and they didnt respond and today they tell me that it will take another week or so which is just pathetic. And he also said that it is unavailable where as we get it in the market easily and at a low price than that what they quoted... its pathetic service in India
