Faulty computer worst service

Acer aspire series laptop model AS3810TZ purchased on 12-4-10, developed fault on monitor when contacted their service centre they damaged the monitor screen while inspecting fault. Since then I have been running pillar to post contacting Acer's mumbai office, their service centre at vashi, new mumbai, Acer's Head office at Bangalore (Mr Sudhin Dev) to resolve my problem, but though more than a month has passed i have received nothing but false assurances whenever I called. The company or its staff or service centre have never ever cared to call and give me feedback on progress of my complaint. My office work is piling up since my computer is faulty, I am totally harassed after buying ACER LAPTOP
