I have logged a complained regarding my screen problem in my laptop on 6th Oct. Every time I called up to Service centre I didn’t got proper response.
Same problem I already faced with Case ID 080310-222 (for Adopter). I am totally disappointed with acer services. My warranty period is also going to complete on 17th Oct 10.
1 month is already going to finish for my warrant period with using defected parts of acer laptop. Can i claim one month extended warranty in this case.
Please share the Email/Contact number to whom I can escalate this case.
