I have purcahed the Acer Desktop Q-4830 (Sr no. AWS23DS1869388088XE) on 26th Jan from Croma Obrio Goregaon East Mumbai. I am facing problem from date of purchase but dealer and Acer is not giving me satisfactory answer for the same. It seems that the prodct is faulty as I am unable to use the product last 2 months. I have made a lot of complaints to dealer & Acer also but still they have not able to resolve the problem. I have requested to dealer for replacment of the product but they have refused.
Requested appropreiate action.
