I bought an acer desktop (MODEL IQ-4830 & Sr. No AWS23DS1869388088XE) on 26 Jan from Croma Goregaon East Mumbai. The day one I found that the machine is showing 80GB documents in local disk & inform to Dealer Croma. Croma Engineer formatted the machine but the problem persisted. In between 3 times I faced problem that the machine is not starting, informed to Croma & they formetted the machine. From May month machine was not working, Croma Engineer reinstalled windows 7 but still Machine is not working.
I asked for a replacement as I am facing problem from date of purcahse but acer dealer Croma is not listening to me showing no interest in looking into the matter.
Now its almost 2months passed & my machine is not working I would like acer to bear all these costs as they gave me an unreliable and faulty machine.
