I had booked a complaint about my TFT monitor malfunctioning on 25 Aug 10 on Acer toll free no. 180030001919 & was allotted with complaint No. 100813761 which was promised to be cleared within 48 hrs, though it was attended by the service center rep on 03 Sep 10 after numerous requests & reminders. The rep told to replace the monitor within 03 days though it is not replaced till the time of posting this complaint. On checking the status of the complaint on 25 Sep 10 the customer care rep told that the monitor is already replaced by Redington Kanpur (UP, India) & the complaint is closed. On checking the status on www.acersupportonline.com there also the company is showing that the monitor is replaced on 23 Sep 10.
