Product not working. amount refund

Dear Sir,

I purchased data recover software online on 18th June'11 to recover data from internal harddisk. the company's website www.recoverdatatools.com guarantee that data will be recovered 100%. If their product is not workable, they will refund the money.

Inspite of their technical support, data could not be recovered.

I wrote number of mail to [email protected] and called to the company rep Mr. Shashank - cell no.09910838881 to refund the data as per their policy mentined on their website but now neither they respond to my mail nor they do pick up my phone and situation is still same.

I find this site may be helpful to me.
