Sold outside india product

I bought a Dell Laptop model N5010 through P.L.Computers (shop no.131-132, ground floor, chenoy trade center, park lane, secunderabad-500003) via invoice no c/1853 dated 07/5.

The shopkeeper cheated me he sold the laptop which he bought from outside India. and at the time of payment he said your laptop is in warranty for one year. after some day when there is some technical defect occur in my laptop and i called Dell service center they said your laptop not in warranty because this is bought you from outside India.we cannot do anything if you want to take our service you have to pay Rs 14500. after that i contact the shopkeeper he said we resolve this thing within a week now week is over he did nothing. whenever i call him he make different excuses every time. i am in learning phase i just join company . i bought laptop for learning new things but due to this shit i am not able to utilize my time.
