I purchased an acer laptop from ss united technologies, pattom, trivandrum on 19/11, the very first month itself i am facing continuous hardware problems 29/12 its speakers and microphone were not working. on 12/07 its display got damaged. Again on 04/11 its display showed serious problems. All these problems are coming during its warranty period but what i do after expiring my warranty. As i am development officer of LIC of India, i want to use laptop through out the day, pls take action for replacing this laptop immediatly.
