There is no battery backup at all, whereas 1 (one) year guarantee is given with the laptop during purchase. moreover, I have taken an extended guarantee of another 2 (Two) years at the time of purchase. Now, its not even two years and battery has zero backup. Pl. provide us the name of an Acer service station at Guwahati.
