Acer Laptop 5730 not working

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Acer laptop 5730 from M/S Pacetek System I Pvt Ltd, 104B, Goverd han House, 53-54, Nehru place, New Delhi-19 on 23.08.10.

I have faced problem on "MOTHER BOARD & DVD RAM", linings are comming all over screen.

Please advise me what to do?
