I had paid INR 40000/- for one Acer laptop in this shop [Acer Mall, Manipal Center, Bangalore]. But when they delivered the laptop I found the MRP written is INR 36495/-. inclusive all taxes. When I asked them for refund they are not at all willing to pay me the amount. After several calls and police complaints it is settled like they will provide me with 2 years extended warranty instead of cash refund.
But still after almost 2 months it did not happen despite several reminder calls and e-mails. Instead they [Manish Chowdhary] are asking me to withdraw the complaint. As I did not do this they neither provided me the extended warranty nor replying to my e-mails.
This is the situation you may face if you are booking any item by paying some advance. Ultimately you have to suffer to get all the products/services on time as promised.
Can anybody help me how to get rid of this issue?
