I have not receive any reply from you after 2 weeks
Cheating and threatening the customers
Respected Sir,
My Laptop (HP) was not displayed. So I given my laptop to the Authorised repair centre (No.13D, LB & MG Road, Adyar, Chennai 600 041, Tamil Nadu. The receipt Sl. No 1062 dated on 12-12. The Lady technician replied that within two days we will call you. But after one week no phone from the shop. So I called the mobile number 9566219995, but he is not replied properly. I called 4 times but I did not have the proper reply. After 20 days purposely they are told we are not able to rectify the problem.
If they are not able to rectify the problem, what is the use of the shop? I do not know about the battery also.
The M.D. of the shop is cheating and threatening the customers through the lady technicians.
I want my Laptop with working condition.
So please take the necessary action.
