A acer laptop purchased from Athrava Computer, E5/16 Arera Colony, Bhopal Cell No. 9300306444, Cash Memo No.139 Dt.9.6.11 Serial No. LXPMJOC046009310181601 . Having battery problem, the same has been shown to Athrav computer and they sent us to the Service center of Acer at Bhopal. They (Bhopal center) agreed to replace the battery and told it will take time to receive the same from their Bangalore Office or you can directly get it done from our Bangalore office since i am studying there. For that i got a complaint no. 010512-677 from Acer Bangalore and they also checked. But the matter is pending and i am running from piller to post to get the batter replaced
