Sir i had purchased 5130 nokia mobile from shop named Info net c- 20, Butler Plaza civil lines bareilly. Since beginning it is creating a lot of problems. In this connection, i visited Nokia Care Centre central corporation 89 civil lines opp Sita Kiran Hotel bareilly U P. My job sheet no is 239433527/091015/3 dated 15.10.2009 & i got my set repairred after 15 days. It was told me that set will be repaired at Delhi. & again in March my mobile set created problems & i got my set next date from Care Centre Bareilly that it is now ok. Now my warranty is going to expired in few days. i am facing lot of prblem as my set is not ok. I request you kindly change my set unless i have to appeal in consumer Forum for bad product sold to me.
