i am ishwar dutt pathak from allahabad. i have purchased a compaq presario desktop pc on 20/07/07 from city compaq systems allahabad. the model no is SR5160il and its serial no is INI75400KD.AT that time the scheme was going on that a gift of hp headset and webcam will be given to the customers who purchase the model of compaq presario.for that i have sent the rs200 draft to hp redemption cell for receving the due gift and yet now i have not been received it and on calling they are not giving me the sufficient information about my gift.
