Sir my name is pankaj and i have buy a nokia c3 mobile but its wlan connectivy problem occurs from 1st day

and visit nokia care centre more than 3 times but they are unable to solve my problem.

nokia care centre always load software in phone that they told to me but there is no connectivity of wlan.
