Outgoing mails not working

Nokia E63 keeps announcing their messaging services as alternative to blackberry

I bought a E63 just for that but beware, the service is horrible compared to blackberry

The outgoing mails dont work at all! (Not entirely correct, but it has stopped working for more than 10 days now)

The customer care is pathetic, we get irrelevant responses and nobody knows what is going on

If someone is trying to buy a Nokia instead of blackberry I would advise you dead against
