Nokia care bad service

I went to nokia care centre on 26/6/10 for software update . and then again on 29/6/10 . there was an audio problem in my phone . at nokia care nicholson road ambala they said to come after 1 week and when i went after 1 week they said come again after 1 week . what a mess... i bough my cell on25/5/10 and imei no. is 3932130173450552969
