No service after sell

I had purchased a note book from devarch mall iscon ahmedabad and at that time purchse they promise that the all pro gramme related (back-up) and other software will be install by acer service shop so i contact all the acer shop for which the address given by croma but all refused and the item is not in a position to use even after 18 day passed from purchase date
