I had submitted my laptop to parul IT world a repair centre in thakur village and they stated that its mother board had conked off and they would have it replaced by original acer mother board with warranty, i got it back after a month and with weeks the mother board conked off again. on gong back to the store they took it and later when i didn't hear from them for over a month i went back to them and to my utter shock they stated that the repair centre had been shut down and they wanted the centre to repair themother board free of cost and hence it was taking time .. after months of follow up and innumerable stories its been a year and they claim that the repair centre is shut an they don't know where the laptop is... All this after i have paid them 15000/- for repairs of the mother board in the first place. they are crooks and people should beware of them.
