Faulty keyboard

I bought a expnsive hp laptop pavilion dv6 in august. after a fw days of working on it, it keys have started coming out of thier socket. one key is now broke n hp authorised service centre is considering it as a physical fault which is not covered by the company. my service warranty period is expiring on 3 august. consider all my given information authentic. plz find a helpful solution.
