Dear Sir/Madam,
My desktop had some problem. An employee of Perfect Computers took my CPU to their service station for rectifying the problem and told me that the problem was coming because of the motherboard. So, they replaced the motherboard and RAM of my computer. They installed Intel Motherboard 945 and 1 GB DDR-2 RAM in my computer (Invoice Number -PCN/ 09/09. Date- 11/Sep). But the problem didn’t get fixed. They mentioned that it was happening because of heating problem and replaced that motherboard and gave me ASUS Company’s motherboard which was cheaper than Intel and didn’t return me the money. In spite of mentioning several times they didn’t give me Intel’s motherboard for which they had charged me. My computer is still having the same problem what it had earlier i.e. rebooting/shutting down itself. Last time I called them on 13-Dec-09 once they returned my computer 12-Dec-09 and when I mentioned that the problem is still there, they told that the problem is with the wiring of my room (I live in a flat in Nirupam Vatika, C-58/14, Sector-62, Noida). Taking their theory, I checked my CPU in my friends’ rooms who are living in the same society and got the same rebooting problem (computer sometimes doesn’t start). Now they are saying that the problem may be with wiring of the whole society. It seems that they are trying to cheat me and are not willing to rectify the problem in spite of charging service charge twice. Now they are neither ready to fix the problem nor to return me the money. The motherboard has 3 years warranty and RAM has one year warranty and the motherboard they installed in my computer is just 2 days old. They also didn’t return me my old motherboard in spite of asking for the same multiple times.
The way they cheated me with the faulty components and bad service is really horrifying for me. I request you to look into this matter and help me out. I would be really grateful to you for your kind support.
