I purchased the Intel Core 2 Duo desktop from Poonam Computers, Pimpri, Pune. But the computer frequently restarts shuts down automatically and then starts.
I took the computer to their office thrice but they did not address the issue properly. On all the three occasions I was told that the computer will work fine but things have not changed. My computer continues to shut down and now the Ethernet port (Lan card) has damaged due to all this sudden shut downs.
I have so far taken my computer to their office 3 times but they keep me waiting for several hours and then do something for 10 minutes and ask me to go home assuring that it would work fine but the computer does not work properly.
