I have purchased my Samsung laptop before 10 months, and it is still in manufacturer warranty period.
I am facing battery backup problem and raised SR with Samsung, but this problem is not resolved yet, while on call they commit to resolve within 48 hrs.
my product number is: fzlt93pb400050k
I have again raised one SR (8442566221) for the same, as the according to customer support executive there is no SR registered against my laptop in their system.
