Samsung dvd writer
Not working DVD write

Dear Sir

I had purchased Samsung computer along with DVD writer (Superwriter -Speed plus) from Classic Computer's on 27th July I had paid INR 24000.00 for my computer, but DVD writer is not working still now and i can't do any writing of dvd or cd's. The samsung company cheated me, please contact me early as possible and change the DVD writer and fix the new one for company credibility.

I am awaiting for valuable feed back from Samsung Company.
