Sir,

With reference to above subject, i am really very sorry to inform you that i made a complaint about my laptop from three months ago and lastly they said that the entire amount of my laptop will be refunded and they also taken the original bill of my laptop on 21.11.12 (Receive copy attached), then after 3 months they said that the refund is canceled, but already i purchased a new laptop.

So, i want my refund otherwise i will be bound to take the help of the consumer court.

Hence, i request you to look into the above said matter and some needful action.
