Bought my Dell laptop from singapore in the mid of 2011 with two years warranty. i had an hardware problem in the warranty period. Unfortunately the receipt was missed out. now i'm in india. i contacted the dell service centre in chetpet. but they are asking the receipt of purchase. i told the senario but they are not willing to give waranty. they ask me 15000rs for AMC and service. kindly help me on this. i contacted the retailer in singapore but unable to make it.
