I purchased a tablet pc from indiatimes online shopping. There was some fault in hardware
so I registered a compalint with them. I completed all the procedure I.E. Obtaining doa certificate (dead on arrival) from registered service station of company bsnl penta and forwarding the same to indiatimes. Even after completing all the procedures they are not ready to replace the same and give different reason everytime I call their customer care.
Please do the needful at earliest.
