POOR TOUCH QUALITY

Hello sir,

I am suguna from Erode, Tamil nadu.

i bought Nokia C2-03 mobile from nearby nokia dealer shop (Areostar Enterprice). since it is five months from purchasing, touch is not working properly sometimes... it is slider model .. if i give it for service, can i solve this problem??
