I have ordered a vox (v100) 7inch touch screen tablet from naaptol.Com on

order date : 12-16

shippment details: aramex with awb no : 4640049050

order ID :5602202

I got the product on 19-12-12 and in that was not worked (screen battry... problem). So, I called customer support but there is not proper response.

They said I have to send back and they wil be replace. I send by couriers on 24/12 and I paid 130 rupess.

Second tablet they send on 4/01 but I opened in front of courier person and he also saw that screen 100% damaged (crashed) so I not recieved and just packed and send back.

Now I want my full money refund for this product not replacement...

I called customer care but they are saying I should wait, since I am forigner I need to back my country on 10th jan so I need my money back up to that day.
