Hi,
I have purchased lenovo ideapad last oct.
It included the extended warranty offer as a festive offer.
The offer has Default 1 year warranty extented to 3 years.
I had submitted all the required documents as per process requirement.
I also had received the confirmation mail from levono about successful extension.
(Please refer the mail below)
It mentioned about sending the actual Extended warranty certificate within 30 days at my address.
Its been a month since then, and i have not yet received any certificate.
I have been following up through mail at the mentioned mail id. But no response.
The mentioned customer care numbers are also not reachable.
Kindly help.
