I have been following up with Indiatimes for 3 months to get my refund for a cancelled order and still haven't got it. I sent the card statement and still they say it's credited. Till date they haven't given me any technical information. For all cases that i raised they just closed the tickets without a word of confirmation. And they don't reopen closed cases and instead create new cases to please their management. Backend / customer care department at Indiatimes like most companies are only focused towards closing tickets and meeting internal SLAs without customer satisfaction. This is online fraud.
When I ask for technical information and proof that money is credited, they ignore the mail
